About the Role :
Zikol D.O.O. is seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our partner companies in North Macedonia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in construction or related fields who are looking to build a stable career .
Responsibilities:
- Assist with building, road, and infrastructure projects.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment.
- Load, unload, and prepare materials at job sites.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
- Support skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, and electricians.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in construction work (preferred but not mandatory).
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
- Basic English communication.
- Willingness to work abroad.
- Team-oriented and disciplined.

- Ability to introduce themselves in English.
- Minimum 10th standard (secondary school) completed
